My 25+ years of experience includes working with survivors of trauma and violence; intimate partner violence; depression; anxiety and panic; stress management; individuals with histories in foster care; infertility; and parenting- particularly single parenting. The foundation of my practice are trauma-informed and psychodynamic approaches, and I have pursued additional training in solution-focused techniques, hypnotherapy, mindfulness, meditation, and cognitive behavioral therapy.
My work is holistic and integrative, considering the interplay of mind and body and selecting from a variety of modalities to best suit you in our work together.
