Lucia Kilday

Welcome! I am an ANCC board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a Master’s degree from The George Washington University. I have over a decade of experience in healthcare including nursing experience in the emergency department, as a sexual assault nurse examiner, and in substance use and inpatient eating disorder treatment.

I have a trauma-informed approach and treat people of every educational, socioeconomic, and ethnic background, as well as every sexual orientation. I treat patients ages 16 and up in the states of OR, WA, and UT. I specialize in treating Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and eating disorders, areas where I have developed expertise and a deep understanding of the challenges individuals face. I am certified in Exposure and Response Prevention (EXRP) therapy, an evidence-based approach for managing OCD symptoms.

I believe in the power of collaboration and empowerment in mental health treatment. I work closely with my patients to develop personalized treatment plans that integrate medication management, therapy, lifestyle modifications, and complementary therapies. My goal is to not only alleviate symptoms but also to promote long-term mental health and well-being.
