The decision to start therapy is a courageous first step towards understanding, healing, and growth. Whether you are struggling with troubling thoughts or feelings, lack of confidence, excessive worry, depression, loss, or relationship issues therapy can help. Marcella utilizes a client-centered approach while working with young adults who struggles with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and relationship issues in a non-judgmental space. With mindfulness-based practices and cognitive behavioral techniques we can change the thoughts and behaviors that contribute to overwhelming feelings.
Marcella enjoys empowering her clients to take control of their lives, and learn to communicate their needs, and live their best life. Through our work together, you can develop effective coping skills and become empowered.
She believes that her role as a therapist is to encourage the use of the client's strengths as tools to enable progression, as well as to support you through difficult life events. Marcella has experience working in residential treatment, intensive outpatient programs, and outpatient.
