Navigating life can be challenging, especially when dealing with emotional pain, relationship problems, addiction, or overall stress. At times, the assistance of a therapist is needed to help regain stability. The foundation of therapy is the therapeutic relationship between therapist and client. I am experienced in providing individual and couples’ therapy. I have extensive experience treating depression, anxiety, trauma, substance abuse, stress, relationship issues (intimacy & sexuality), anger management, compulsive behaviors, and sexual addictions.
I assist the client in identifying the roots of their issues and together we develop a strategy to improve their overall level of functioning. I believe that when the client feels empowered, they will be more successful in reaching their goals. My treatment approach is direct yet nurturing.
Feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions.
