Lou-Ann Yearwood
Welcome — I'm Glad You're Here
If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or heartbroken, you’re not alone — and you don’t have to go through it alone either. I work with people who are carrying a lot, whether it’s grief from a loss, anxiety that won’t seem to let up, the weight of depression, or the pain of an unhealthy or abusive relationship.
You might be used to putting on a brave face, showing up for others, and pushing through. But inside, you may feel lost, exhausted, or unsure of what to do next. You’re not “too sensitive” or “too much” — you’re human. And you deserve support that feels safe, respectful, and truly gets where you’re coming from.
My approach is gentle, grounded, and focused on what matters most to you. Whether you're a student trying to manage school and emotions, or someone facing life changes you never expected, our work together is about helping you find steady ground again.
Healing doesn’t have to happen all at once — we’ll go at your pace. This is a space where you can exhale and be real.
Let’s talk when you’re ready.
