I work with women and highly sensitive people who are struggling with anxiety and specifically want to understand how their family and upbringing have affected them so that they can grow out of those patterns. Sometimes this can be setting better boundaries, creating closer relationships, or receiving brainspotting to heal from childhood attachment trauma/emotional neglect.
