Lori Woodring, PhD, LLC
Life has many challenging moments and the transition to college is definitely one of them! If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, loneliness, intrusive thoughts, social isolation/stress, relationship issues, organization/planning and time management, or just feelings of overwhelm… I am here to help you.
My role as a therapist is to create a non-judgmental, safe, and confidential space for you to share, reflect, learn, and grow. With a collaborative approach, I empower and guide my clients to deepen their understanding of themselves, to identify their goals, to change their unhelpful thinking patterns, and to learn and practice strategies to reach their desired outcome.
My treatment approach is tailored to meet your unique needs and perspective. Through the use of a variety of therapeutic modalities and techniques, we will work together, at your own pace. I am genuine, honest, and direct and will listen carefully, collaborate with you, and challenge you to move beyond your comfort zone for lasting change and growth.
Feel free to reach out for a free 15 minute consult to see if we are a good fit.
