With a collaborative approach, I empower and guide my clients to deepen their understanding of themselves, to identify their goals, to change their unhelpful thinking patterns, and to learn and practice strategies to reach their desired outcome.

I am genuine, honest, and direct and will listen carefully, collaborate with you, and challenge you to move beyond your comfort zone for lasting change and growth.
