As a former Associate Dean, with 25 years at Oberlin College, I have a nuanced understanding of a college student’s unique community. I am familiar with campus and community resources and campus culture. Together, we will foster self-care & self-compassion, enhance well-being, tackle perfectionistic impulses, and boost confidence.
As needed, we can employ solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and depth-oriented therapy to improve your relationships and your life. Always flexible, you can set the course for your time in the office based upon what you need that day or week or month.
