Sometimes, we become stuck in painful or unsatisfying ways of being and need a safe space to learn, heal, and grow. I commonly work with issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, life transition, and relationships. In our work together, I help clients understand the impact of past experiences on the present, with a focus on the here-and-now. I also incorporate breathing and mindfulness practices to help manage everyday stress.
