My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space where all people can develop healthier coping strategies, improve emotional well-being, and build stronger relationships. I have experience working with children, adolescents, couples, and families in various community-based mental health settings. I am committed to creating a safe, welcoming space for all clients, and value a person-centered, culturally responsive approach to therapy.
