Founded in 1999, Sundance Behavioral Resources is an outpatient private practice, specializing in counseling and psychiatric care for adults, teens and children with emotional, mental and behavioral health concerns and conditions. We offer in-person appointments in Murray, Provo, as well as telehealth visits.
With over 20 specialists, our team includes psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers and mental health counselors, all genuinely committed to providing compassionate, goal-oriented support.
Using proven therapy techniques, our clinicians and counselors tailor treatment plans to each individual's situation and concern. These techniques include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), medication management, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) and other therapeutic approaches.
Our mental health professionals serve with compassion and open minds to help make sure each individual feels safe, comfortable and supported.
