Whether you're navigating relationship issues, processing difficult emotions, or dealing with stress and burnout, I'm here to help you gain clarity, build resilience, and make the changes you want in your life.

My specialty is couples therapy, where I support partners in resolving conflicts, rebuilding trust, and reconnecting in ways that foster understanding and intimacy. If you're facing issues like infidelity, conflict resolution, or disconnection, I'll provide a safe space for both of you to communicate openly and rebuild a stronger, more supportive relationship.

For individual clients, I work with concerns ranging from anxiety and depression to complex trauma, PTSD, and borderline personality disorder. I use a trauma-informed approach to help you feel safe and respected, especially if you've experienced abuse, intimate partner violence, or other forms of trauma. My experience also includes working with people managing aging, chronic pain, and major life transitions.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master's from NYU, I bring years of experience working across diverse backgrounds, including minority, immigrant, and LGBTQ+ communities. Using approaches like CBT, DBT, trauma-focused CBT, and mindfulness, I tailor sessions to meet you where you are. We'll work together in a collaborative, nonjudgmental space that fosters growth and healing.

Change can feel difficult, but you don't have to face it alone. Together, we'll build on your strengths, create coping strategies, and help you move toward a more fulfilling and balanced life.
