Lona Stranieri is the Director of Princeton Center for DBT - a private counseling & psychotherapy practice with a group of highly trained and compassionate therapists offering evidence- based approaches. We offer comprehensive Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) including individual therapy and group DBT Skills Training.
DBT can be a highly effective approach for individuals who are struggling with regulating emotions effectively, developing satisfying relationships, and achieving important life goals. We have several DBT groups scheduled throughout the week in order to accommodate a variety of scheduling needs.
In addition, we offer approaches to trauma work including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Internal Family Systems Informed therapy.
