Education, Experience & Empathy:

I have a passion for working with Tulane students! 15 years experience and 7 with Tulane undergraduate and graduate students has given me the foundation to address your needs.

I believe that each individual is unique in the issues that they bring to therapy, and there are certainly universal threads that are present in each problem. I strive to find these threads, while not losing the individual in the process.

Oftentimes clients come to a first session because they are looking to decrease anxiety, decrease symptoms of ADHD, and combat depression.

Let's work together to deepen your understanding, explore how to make lasting change, and work to maintain the gains once you've found your stride.
