Provider Types

This is a group practice with multiple providers, including:

  • Clinical Social Work/Therapists
  • Counselors
  • Licensed Mental Health Counselors
  • Licensed Professional Counselors
  • Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners

As a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, I believe, first and foremost, patients should be truly heard. Only then can accurate evaluation and diagnosis occur, and true progress be realized. In my over 17 years of practice, I have developed keen listening skills and learned to approach each patient interaction with empathy and equanimity. I believe in a holistic approach in developing treatment plans and goals, and considering all broader contexts as they relate to the individual patient and their unique situation. You are not an amalgamation of past labels! Whether the approach is medication management, lifestyle modifications, therapy, or a combination of all of those, I believe you deserve to fully understand your treatment plan, the rationale for it, and how to implement it on a practical level as well as communicate how you feel about it. Through an aligned, collaborative approach, I assist clients in addressing their challenges and achieving a state of balance in their lives.
