Making and keeping human connections is an important goal in therapy. I love working with others and assisting them in their life’s journey. I believe that each of us deserves and is capable of experiencing joy. Therapy can help us learn valuable skills with communication, empathy, boundary setting, healthy thinking patterns, emotion regulation, relationship building, and compassion towards self and others.
Working with children and teens brings me immense joy and is my specialty area. I enjoy being a part of the learning process and utilize a combination of CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), ACT (Acceptance Commitment Therapy), behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and play therapy in my approach to work toward overall growth and happiness.
