I work with individuals in college, and beyond, who are seeking a warm and comforting environment for therapy. I believe that the safe, trusting relationship between the therapist and client is the most important part of therapy. I am known for using humor in sessions and helping people through the adjustment to college life. I specialize in helping teens and young adults with anxiety, stress and depression. I use EMDR, Person Centered counseling, as well as other evidence based approaches. I would be honored to help you navigate your college experience and beyond.
