- anxiety and trouble relaxing
- overthinking
- people pleasing
- self-doubt
- absorbing and feeling emotions deeply/ identifies as an empath or highly sensitive person
- imposter syndrome
- overwhelm/burnout
- procrastination or feeling stuck
- comparison trap
- elevated stress
- sleep disturbance
- panic attacks

- health anxiety
- body image/body dysmorphia

Ultimately, I believe the human spirit is incredibly strong, resilient and capable of achieving personal growth and healing. Together, we will prioritize your goals to help you feel more grounded, centered, and at peace even during the most challenging times.

I am committed to empowering college students as they navigate the complexities of college life. My treatment approach is warm, collaborative, and culturally sensitive. I provide students with the tools needed to prioritize their mental well-being and thrive academically, socially, and personally.
