I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over a decade of experience in the field. I received my undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and received my Masters in Clinical Social Work from Fordham Graduate School of Social Service. My work is enriched by advanced trainings and diverse practice
I utilize evidence based practices, including psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral therapy, while also drawing upon my holistic education, trainings, and certifications; some examples include mind-body healing techniques, emotional freedom technique-tapping, meditation, and teen/adult yoga and mindfulness.
I primarily work with women and young adults (18+) coping with anxiety, depression, life transitions, mood fluctuations,relationship issues, ADHD/executive functioning, and highly sensitive persons/empaths. Some common issues I treat are the following but not limited to:
