Are you feeling discouraged to the point of despair about the state of the world and the future? Do you still feel insecure despite all you've achieved? You're in the right place. I work with high-achieving adults to help them prevent and recover from burnout and to develop resilience and wisdom. Together, we can explore the ways your past has shaped you into who you are today. You can become the person you want to be. I can help.
I especially enjoy working with helping professionals (medical professionals, therapists, educators, and faith leaders) to address burnout, chronic stress, and resilience. Helping others was hard enough before COVID - it can feel impossible now! I can help you reconnect with what you used to love about your work and yourself.
I am fluent in Spanish and English, and enjoy working with diverse populations, including immigrants and members of the LGBTQ community. I specialize in treating therapists and other helping professionals, and offer consultation services for mental health professionals who are interested in deepening their work with clients or in practicing better self-care.
