All of us, at some time or other, need help. I work with young adults who are navigating life and find that they need a little help. I have an extensive background in working with grief, as well as experience with anxiety, depression, and other life transitions.
For those who do not think of themselves as "talkers" - that's okay! Part of my job is to meet you where you're at and help you feel safe, understood, and accepted for who you are and for who you hope to become.
