I believe we are created for human connection and in these relationships we will find healing. It is never too late to process pain and embrace life as your true self. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and am aligned with polyvagal theory, attachment theory, ego state parts work and IFS, and somatic therapies. My approach is to work with the mind and body to find the strength and resources within my clients for this deep healing.

I use my compassion and skills to work with all ages and populations through individual and group counseling to process trauma, distress, life transitions, depression, grief, chronic illness, and fatigue. I am passionate about forming trusting, meaningful relationships and helping individuals to discover self-worth and find joy in life.
