As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I specialize in helping college students and adults through transitions, challenges, and tough mental health conditions, offering both therapy and thoughtful, personalized medication management. I work with individuals who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, personality disorders like borderline personality disorder, and life changes or grief.

With a focus on whole-person care, I’ll take time to understand your unique experiences, strengths, and goals. Whether it’s concerns around medications, lifestyle changes, or handling stress, I’m here as a guide and mental health advocate. We’ll develop a treatment plan together that’s truly yours, grounded in what’s most important to you.

I've worked in both university settings and clinical environments, giving me a strong background in helping young adults navigate the unique pressures of college life. From supporting clients through situational stress to helping manage complex mental health needs, I aim to create a space where you can move forward with confidence.

You’ll have my full support every step of the way, with compassionate therapy and carefully thought-out medication management. Whether you’re navigating new stressors or managing ongoing challenges, I’m here to help you take those steps forward, knowing you have someone dedicated to your progress and well-being.
