Clinical Social Work/Therapist
Accepting clients Last Updated 15 days ago

Hello,

It’s the quality of the therapeutic relationship (alliance) that facilitates growth and change. I pride myself on being warm, highly empathetic, naturally curious and a skilled Psychotherapist. In addition, I track the progress/growth of the client and directly address barriers when they present themselves.

I consider myself a Trauma-Informed therapist–we all have had traumatic events in our lives that can create patterns that are negatively impactful on our emotional, mental and physical health. I create a space that’s safe and supportive, which allows for exploring and healing old hurts.

Tuning into our authentic self is the basis for growth. We get messages from early on about what others think we should be and its leads us away from ourselves. I can help you find yourself again and reconnect to your true self.

When life transitions and losses occur, they can throw us off balance in many ways. I can support you through these difficult times and with time, heal, grow and thrive.

HSP’s and sensitive people can have an extra burden when it comes to relationships (family, romantic) as well as life stressors. We can discuss ways to manage your emotions, sensory sensitivities and deep processing.

Be open and committed to the process and let’s work together to improve the quality of your life. I will be with you every step of the way. Reach out for a free 10-minute consultation.
