The Self Center
Attending college can be a difficult transition including adapting to new academic challenges, living situations and relationships. Feeling overwhelmed is normal but talking to someone can help you put things in perspective and regain a sense of control. Whether you are depressed, anxious, facing a crisis or just looking for someone to listen, counseling can help. I have experience working with college students and will help you navigate whatever is going on for you in a trusting, non-judgmental environment. I am trained in a variety of modalities but prefer humanistic approaches and am level 1 trained in IFS (Internal Family Systems.) Contact me today for a free 15-minute consultation.
