Asking for help takes courage. At Lisa Luse Therapy, our goal is to make therapy a space where that courage is honored, strengthened, and used as a foundation for growth. We view therapy as a collaborative process: you bring your experiences and goals, and your therapist offers insight into patterns that may be holding you back from living the life you want.

We strive to create a warm, nurturing, and at times even playful environment where you can begin to feel safe exploring and learning from your emotional experiences.

Our areas of expertise include eating disorders, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, attachment challenges, and family conflict. We draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches, with a strong emphasis on Emotion-Focused Therapy, experiential methods, and family systems theory to support meaningful, lasting change.
