Lisa L Bright, LMFT
Are you looking for straightforward, practical therapy for real life with a little humor, because life’s messy enough? Then you are not here for fluff and you want real change. My job is to help you get there. Therapy doesn’t have to be mysterious or full of jargon. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, frustrated, or just tired of your own patterns, we’ll work together to untangle things, identify next steps, set clear goals, and build skills that actually help you function better in your life and relationships. I am a compassionate and down-to-earth therapist who believes in being honest, clear, and practical.
I won’t just nod and ask, “How does that make you feel?” -I’ll tell you what I see, offer real feedback, and help you figure out what’s getting in your way in a safe and supportive environment. Therapy with me is a mix of figuring stuff out, calling out patterns, building better boundaries — and yes, sometimes laughing at the chaos of it all.
My main focus is working with young adults. You don't have to filter yourself around me. I will be there to listen to you, support you, and challenge you on your journey to a more happier and healthier life. I respect your time, and I want therapy to feel like a conversation with a purpose. If you are ready for real talk and to make some real progress then e-mail me or give me a call to schedule a 15-minute consultation call.
