Hello, I'm Lisa. With over 20 years of experience in mental health, primarily focusing on substance addictions, I bring a wealth of knowledge and empathy to my practice. I hold a master's degree in Social Work and have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2015. My own recovery journey has profoundly shaped my career, giving me a unique perspective and deep understanding of the challenges my clients face.
My therapeutic approach is centered around cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused techniques, and mindfulness-based practices. I believe in the power of these methods to help individuals make meaningful changes in their lives. Whether you're dealing with addiction, stress, anxiety, or depression, I am here to support you in finding your path to recovery and well-being.
In our sessions, you can expect a compassionate and non-judgmental space where we work collaboratively to identify your goals and develop practical strategies to achieve them. I am committed to helping you improve your life by addressing the underlying issues and building on your strengths.
Outside of my professional life, my own experiences with recovery continue to inspire and drive my dedication to helping others. I understand the courage it takes to seek help, and I am here to walk alongside you on your journey.
If you're ready to take the first step towards a healthier, more fulfilling life, I invite you to reach out. Together, we can work towards creating the positive changes you desire.
