I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over ten years of experience working with children, teens, young adults, and parents in medical and community settings. I have been in private practice for about three years. In my therapy practice, I work with teens and adults who are coping with anxiety, depression, and adjustment issues related to life transitions, illness, caregiving, grief and loss, relationships, and work/school challenges. My approach is integrative, compassionate, and collaborative, incorporating a wide range of modalities including psychodynamic therapy, solution-focused therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy.
