Everyone has problems they struggle to make sense of in their lives, whether surrounding relationships, work, illness, past trauma, or body image. Others battle longstanding depression, anxiety, anger, or loneliness. I have extensive experience helping people who are coping with these and other issues. Therapy can give you a safe place to explore what is getting in the way of the life that you want to live--becoming more present and engaged with yourself and others. I utilize a variety of psychotherapy approaches, and will work with you in your own unique process of growth and transformation.
