Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC, LADC, CLAT
Accepting clients Last Updated 2 days ago

I work mainly with teens and adults. Using EMDR, counseling, trauma, Art Therapy and addiction training, I help people access their own creative problem solving skills in order to work through painful emotions and build upon their strengths.

Uncovering one’s innate ability to make changes, regulate feelings, and engage in healthy behaviors often results in enhanced self esteem. My practice is online allowing you to process your thoughts and experiences in the comfort of your own space.

Reaching out to a new therapist can take courage. I urge you to call or email for a free consultation. I offer a “no pressure” approach, meaning that I will listen to your concerns and we will determine together if I am a good fit for you. I am willing to recommend another therapist if I feel that they can serve you better.
