"The thing that is really hard, and really amazing, is giving up on being perfect and beginning the work of becoming yourself." -- Anna Quindlen
Are you ready to make changes in your life? Are you facing a major transition? Are you feeling stuck? Have you decided it is time to be who you were meant to be?
Hello, my name is Lisa Conquet. I am a psychotherapist (LCSW) and life transition coach (ICF-Trained). I got my BA in Psychology at Vassar College and my MSW at NYU.
I work with goal-oriented students who are ready to get unstuck, move forward and change their lives. I specialize in working with individuals with anxiety, eating disorders, and those struggling with disordered eating.
I also coach individuals dealing with life transitions -- graduation, college, work, living on their own for the first time.
Call or email to find out how I can help you live your best life at college and beyond.
