Are you feeling overwhelmed or stressed? You don't have to face challenges alone. I offer compassionate support to help you grow to who you want to be.
My experience as a therapist includes working with students at Cornell University on a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, academic and career stressors, perfectionism, relationships, addiction/recovery, grief and loss, and trauma/PTSD. I offer cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), including DBT for emotional regulation, and EMDR for trauma and PTSD.
My practice is via telehealth in NY, MA, and ME, and I have appointments available now.
Please call or email me for a free 20-minute consultation to see if we are a good fit (no texts). I hope to speak with you soon!
