Over the past decade, I have helped hundreds of women move beyond feeling stressed out, overwhelmed, not good enough, unloveable into getting unstuck and embracing their inner wisdom to create the confidence to live a fuller, happier life.

I use integrative approaches, including strength based, solution focused counseling, guided imagery, inner child work, mindfulness, life coaching, and energy work.
