I believe that there is no one too broken or too far gone to experience healing and growth. At the core of my therapeutic approach is the belief that every person has inestimable worth. I strive to be a source of support and guidance for my clients, collaborating with them on what they want to work on emotionally, spiritually, and relationally.

I have worked in both community health and private settings and my goal is to mesh those experiences together to offer support that feels worth your time and hard work. My hope in our time together is for you to process life's stressors while also providing you with skills to go back into your real life empowered. Because real life is hard. Amiright.
