•Currently accepting new daytime clients• I am a dedicated and compassionate Master's-level clinician with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Johnson & Wales University. My passion lies in supporting young adults through the unique challenges they face during pivotal stages of personal growth and transition. I use evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and mindfulness techniques. Additionally, I incorporate strength-based and trauma-informed care into my practice.

I work with young adults experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, academic stress, relationship difficulties, and identity development. With a compassionate and individualized approach, I aim to help young adults build resilience, improve emotional well-being, and develop coping strategies.

Empowerment is central to my approach. I collaborate closely with young adults to build resilience, enhance self-awareness. By taking a holistic, client-centered approach, I aim to meet each individual’s unique needs and goals. I'm committed to fostering a supportive, non-judgmental environment in which young adults can explore their challenges.
