In our work together, I incorporate modalities and resources to help you gain insight, learn healthy coping skills, and create change. Along with talk therapy, I also specialize in art therapy, a visual therapeutic expression of the self via art materials. Art therapy can be incredibly insightful for clients. Art therapy is a creative process that uses art-making to promote self-expression, healing, & personal growth.
