College and graduate school can be exciting, meaningful, and rewarding—but they can also feel incredibly overwhelming. Many students find themselves struggling to balance academic pressure, relationships, work, family expectations, finances, burnout, anxiety, perfectionism, or simply trying to keep up with the constant demands of daily life. You may look like you’re functioning on the outside while internally feeling exhausted, stuck, disconnected, or unsure how to slow your mind down.

I work with college students, graduate students, and young adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, stress management, academic burnout, relationship concerns, self-esteem, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. I also support students who feel caught in cycles of overthinking, procrastination, people-pleasing, perfectionism, or difficulty managing emotions and responsibilities.

My approach is supportive, collaborative, and practical. Therapy is not just a place to vent—it’s a space to better understand yourself while also learning concrete tools to help life feel more manageable. Together, we may work on improving coping skills, emotional regulation, communication, boundaries, confidence, organization, or ways to manage stress without constantly feeling like you’re running on empty.

I have a background in school-based mental health and understand how emotional wellness directly impacts focus, motivation, relationships, and academic performance. I strive to create a therapy space that feels genuine, nonjudgmental, and approachable, where you can show up exactly as you are without feeling pressure to have everything figured out.

Whether you’re struggling quietly, feeling overwhelmed by expectations, or simply wanting more support and balance in your life, you do not have to navigate it alone. I’d be happy to connect and see if we might be a good fit. I offer flexible evenings and weekends via telehealth or in-person Wednesdays and Thursdays 15 minutes from MSU and LCC.
