I offer telehealth appointments for folks in New York and California, and in-person sessions for those in the Hudson Valley. Drawing from an extensive background in psychotherapy, somatic therapy, relational gestalt, creative exploration and mind-body interventions, I tailor sessions to meet each client where they are.
