Accepting clients Last Updated 7 days ago

Therapy is an active way to engage with your potential—and I deeply respect the time and effort my clients dedicate to it. I approach each session as a partnership: collaborative, open-minded, and committed to meaningful progress. I’m not here to give all the answers, but to challenge you thoughtfully, reflect with you honestly, and help make sense of what feels unclear. Together, we’ll untangle complex experiences, give language to what’s been hard to name, and explore what to do with what you uncover. This is work we do side by side—deep, real, and transformative.

I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients—including those navigating trauma, eating disorders, grief and loss, high-pressure careers, and complex personal identities. From high-profile individuals and medical professionals to women facing unique life transitions, each person brings their own story, and I honor that deeply. My approach is never one-size-fits-all. With a broad and intentional foundation of clinical experience, I tailor my work to what each client truly needs—drawing from a range of modalities while staying grounded in collaboration, curiosity, and challenge. My goal is to meet you where you are and help you move toward where you want to be.

Therapy works best when it’s rooted in honesty, mutual respect, and genuine compassion. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe to be fully themselves—free of judgment, met with acceptance, and supported in exploring whatever they bring into the room. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to your progress. I care deeply about this work, and I believe that shows. Being alongside clients as they make sense of their world and move through it with more confidence is one of the most meaningful parts of what I do.
