I use a blend of Mindfulness, psycho-dynamic, DBT, neurobiological, attachment, EMDR, compassion therapies to identify and strengthen inner resources and resilience. I have training in Systems theory, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Developmental Couple's therapy and EMDR. I also have 20yrs experience in supervising therapists. Personally, I have developed and sustained a mindfulness based meditation practice since my 20's. I use she/her pronouns and welcome ALL into my practice. I identify as an anti-racist.
