Are you feeling anxious, depressed, dissatisfied, stressed? Have you been feeling stuck in old memories, in your relationship or dealing with a difficult transition? When we go through challenging times our internal dialogue can be self-critical causing our nervous system to feel overwhelmed. I would be honored to walk with you on your journey. I believe that each of us have an innate ability to recover and heal. Let’s work on the tools you can use immediately and for the rest of your life.

I've 15 years of experience as a therapist helping adults, youth and children find improved health and well-being. In my practice I have assisted individuals from a variety of backgrounds dealing with a broad range of life concerns, complex and developmental trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, stress, grief, attachment issues, college & life transitions and physical & developmental disabilities.
My therapeutic perspective is highly influenced by Somatic Experiencing®, an approach to healing trauma and creating more ease and connection between one's body and mind. I also see through the lens of attachment theory, family systems and mindfulness. Through our work together you'll reestablish healthy patterns and relearn to trust your inner compass and embrace your own capacity for growth.

I believe therapy works best when the whole person- body, mind, heart and soul are engaged in the process. My goal is to support you with issues that keep you from living more fully. I’m genuine, nurturing and ease to talk with! When I am not at work, I keep bees, go caving and spend time in nature. Since I offer a free initial phone consultation, give me a call and see if we’d be a good fit. Let’s connect.
