If you're feeling overwhelmed by expectations, your own or other people's, you're not alone. Life transitions can bring uncertainty, self-doubt, and pressure to figure everything out. Therapy is a space where you don't have to have the answers. You can come as you are.

I'm a licensed social worker with a Master of Social Work from New York University, and I provide therapy to adults navigating challenges like depression, anxiety, PTSD, stress, grief, and relationship difficulties. I integrate approaches from acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness to help you build emotional awareness, unlearn patterns that no longer serve you, and make room for growth. I'll help you develop practical tools to manage what you're carrying and understand where it's coming from.

The heart of my work is relational and person-centered. That means we'll move at your pace and focus on what feels meaningful to you. Therapy is a collaborative process grounded in curiosity, honesty, and trust. I'll meet you with openness and authenticity, and invite you to do the same, if and when you feel ready.

I've provided individual therapy to kids, adolescents, and adults at a community mental health clinic. It was meaningful to witness my clients move through important life transitions, graduating, entering relationships, building confidence, and returning to themselves. Those moments continue to shape how I show up as a therapist: with care, patience, and deep respect for the work of change.

As an Asian-American, I also understand firsthand the stigma and systemic barriers that many people face when seeking mental health care. I'm passionate about making therapy feel more accessible, especially for people navigating identities or experiences that have often been ignored or misunderstood. I've worked with clients across the lifespan and have supported LGBTQ+ individuals, single parents, and formerly incarcerated individuals.

You don't have to filter or perform here. I'm here to make sure our space feels safe, supportive, and aligned with what you need.

Let's start with one conversation.
