Drawing from DBT and somatic practices, I help you build tools while staying connected to your body and emotions. I am experienced in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, eating disorder treatment, and group therapy. My experience allows me to support clients in navigating complex emotions, building resilience, and fostering healthier relationships with themselves and others. I am dedicated to creating a safe, collaborative space where growth and healing can take place.
