I believe healing begins when we feel safe enough to tell the truth, about our pain, our fears, and the parts of ourselves we learned to hide for surviving purposes.
Therapy with me is about creating space to understand yourself with more compassion, clarity, and choice.
With over 15 years of experience in the business world, I understand the burnout of high-functioning, over-responsible individuals, the life transitions coming from career change or relocation and the identity exploration and rebuilding after disruption.
I am especially drawn to supporting people who have learned to be strong early in life, and are now learning how to be gentler with themselves.
