I strive to create a safe and comfortable environment for clients to work on a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, life changes, improving communication, and more. I am emotion and person-focused and will work to tailor my therapeutic style toward a client’s personal needs. I utilize a variety of modalities including psychodynamic, CBT, strengths-based, relational therapy, and art therapy.
