Lily Farrell
I’ve worked in settings where people were navigating loss and separation from home, culture and language barriers, and the impact of racial microaggressions. I’ve also supported clients around intimacy and connection, and I co-facilitated a women’s empowerment group that explored relationships, body image, values, sexuality, communication, and the lasting impact of early attachment wounds. Updating parts of that group to better support attachment repair was deeply meaningful for me, and it shaped how I think about healing and relationships.
I have particular experience helping people with OCD, agoraphobia, trauma, depression, anxiety, and sexual intimacy concerns. I’m committed to creating a relationship and a space that feels safe, where we can start by building trust and working through relational pain within the relationship we create together, and then use that foundation to support your other goals. I want you to know this is collaborative. I see myself as your partner in the work, and I want you to feel comfortable questioning me, challenging me, and telling me if something doesn’t land, so we can repair it together.
I’m passionate about being a steady partner in the healing process. I hold the privilege of hearing your most vulnerable fears and experiences with deep respect, and I believe that being truly witnessed, in a boundaried and caring way, can be a powerful part of change. My approach holds space for complexity and uncertainty, blending insight and practical tools with body-based, trauma-informed work to support a more integrated sense of self. I’ve worked with people from many backgrounds and life experiences, and I’m especially mindful of creating an affirming space for LGBTQIA+ clients.
