Lifeways Community Mental Health offers outpatient therapy, case management, and psychiatry. Lifeways Outpatient Therapy Dept has a varied of therapists from mental health trained in trauma, DBT, CBT, and co-occurring therapist.

Jessica is a EMDR basic trained therapist, sex therapist, sexuality educator, along with DBT-A trained and PMTO certified. Jessica is a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Michigan, with a Master's degree in Clinical Social Work from Michigan State University. Jessica is currently enrolled in the University of Michigan school of social work sexual health certificate program and working toward certification in sex therapy (CST). Currently, Jessica is an outpatient therapist with LifeWays CMH in Jackson, Mi. Jessica is one of two sex therapists in Jackson county, along with being one of the only PMTO therapist in Jackson county. Jessica specializes working with adolescents and adults with complex trauma, sexuality needs, and sexual dysfunctions.
