At LifeSpring, we’re committed to helping you schedule your appointment right away, so there’s nothing stopping you from getting the support you need to change your life for the better.

You want to feel better, and we know how to help! Our therapists provide individual counseling services for depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, life transitions, relational difficulties, and more. Unique services like Brainspotting, Brainspotting Intensives, and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy are available.

We have a dedicated staff member assigned to our phones Monday through Friday from 9-5, and you can schedule online 24 hours a day! Meet us in-person at our Baltimore location or save time on your commute by doing telehealth.

Ongoing sessions $130
Sliding Scale Offered: A sliding scale fee "slides" to try to meet the needs of clients who are unable to pay the full fee. Details can be discussed upon consultation.
