Licensed Professional Counselor, LCPC
Last Updated 30+ days ago

I am currently a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and completed my Master’s degree in Clinical Rehabilitation & Mental Health Counseling from the University of Pittsburgh.

My training, education, and professional experiences have strengthened my background in providing a variety of counseling services, specifically working with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.

My clinical background consists of providing services that highlight evidence-based techniques from interventions such as CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I believe that not one intervention fits everyone’s needs, so I utilize an eclectic approach to best meet each client where they are at on their personal journey.

I believe in a holistic approach to therapy; therefore, I aim to explore different dimensions of an individual’s life and how various factors may be impacting one’s overall success with healing and recovery. I embrace a person-centered approach, focused on helping clients utilize their inner strengths to come to a place of self-discovery and acceptance.
