Life in college can be overwhelming and isolating for a multitude of reasons, and my practice is based around supporting you through these challenges. Whether you're feeling stuck, going through a life transition, experience anxiety or depression, experienced a loss or have relationship challenges, I'm here to offer support, compassion and hope.

I am an integrative therapist who strives to meet you where you are today. In our work together we will take a collaborative approach to identify not only your current needs and challenges but also your strengths and tailor treatment accordingly. The majority of my work is focused around cognitive behavioral therapy, strengths based, person-centered and/or mindfulness techniques, and I seek to draw on your inner resilience and build insight and coping. I enjoy working with a motivated client who wants to make changes and feel better.

With over 12 years of experience, I've worked with many young adults experiencing a range of acute and chronic concerns. I know that finding a therapist can feel overwhelming, and it's important to find a good fit. Email me today to set up a free 15 minute consultation.
